When New York Architects Isaac & Stern PC and Developer Tuhsur, LLC wanted to convey the lifestyle experience their new Millennium99 development would offer prospective tenants they chose us to develop the web site and create the  3D renderings .  The result combines audio, photo-realistic 3D renderings of the interior and exterior of the building, and an innovative Rich Internet Application (RIA) developed in Adobe Flash.  Prospective buyers can browse floorplans, first by floor, then by unit merely by mousing over the interactive exterior rendering and floorplan diagrams, they can then navigate down to individual unit details.  Floorplans come to life with overhead images of the interiors, and the entire lifestyle of Millennium99 is conveyed through additional renderings.
